The Karan Hotel is located on the Corniche Road, in the central area of Jubail and overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

I ordered a 6-person suite, and the first and second time there were only 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator, and the third time there were only 3 bottles of water. This is a room for six people, although we only have three people. Is the 5-star hotel so economical with drinking water? If it's a single room, I don't have any complaints about 2 bottles of water. But in a room with six people, at least six bottles of water. What if we have six people? How do you divide three bottles of water? Good value for your money

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room. Conveniently located. They provide an excellent transportation service to the industrial area in Jubail.

Wi-Fi connection was poor in some areas for the room. AC set was freezing cold with no option to increase temperature or turn it off.

Location was the best thing. It was just great for me and for my family.

The 2 rooms suite for 5 people contains only one toilet, and they provided a few towels with one pair of slippers and two dental kits. (which was not for 5 persons)

The entrance of the hotel is like a museum with old-timer...

The entrance of the hotel is like a museum with old-timer cars and antiques and many old historical pictures.

The location is surrounded only by restaurants almost all kind of restaurants. The sea view is near but it's more like a salt marsh and the real sea is very far. More than eating nothing to do in your free time. It's more like a furnished apartment. The housekeeper never comes to clean although I stayed more than 2dsys. The restaurants in the hotel very ordinary and very expensive. Even the fitness club without an open pool with very limited equipment.

It was a great stay overall.

The ambiance of the hotel is exceptionally marvelous. I'd highly recommend it specially to foreigners because it shows an informative representation of the traditional Saudi culture on the lobby area. The reception team were very great and helpful. The location by far, is the best in Jubail RC because it is a one-minute walk to AlFanateer Corniche, and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping malls nearby.

Impeccable Customer Service

When my family and I arrived, we were met warmly by male and female staff who were keen at making sure that we were taken cared of. It was a plus that we could communicate with English speaking staff since we cannot speak Arabic very well. I must say that I loved how accommodating the staff were in making us feel comfortable during our stay. My original deluxe room had a city view and a traditional decor that mimicked the historical aesthetics of the hotel. Although it was lovely, it didn’t suit my taste as I’m more into modern effects. When I met with reception, I was pleasantly surprised by their level of customer service - they immediately upgraded me to a modern apartment suite with a sea view at no additional charge. When I tell you, I haven’t experienced this sort of kindness in a long time. The friendliness, the warm welcome, the ease of transactions, and the upmost care in customer service is what will make me stay at this hotel whenever I visit beautiful Jubail, and I highly recommend staying here to others.

The room is a part of annex and seems like a furnished apartment, no carpets, no blackouts for windows, mini kitchen is very poor. However, I had Avery good experience in the same hotel in another room.

Location.

Location. Large space for the three bedrooms apartment Variety in breakfast . Most of needed services are close by, walking distance like pharmacy, groceries shop, laundry, coffee shops, restaurants,...

Furnitures a bit old. TV channels are limited and not clear and bad speakers. Couldn't figure out how to get to the lady health club even after asking many staffs. The guy in the men health club didn't allow my son 14 years old to go alone inside the swimming pool even so the minimum age is 12, he doesn't want to keep eyes on him as his job duties are.

Luxurious lobby, below average room.

I liked the bed only, which was the most important thing haha, anyway.. for the prices of this Hotel you would expect more luxurious room entertainment, I saw all the good things in the lobby and the hallways, they took a GREAT care at the decorations and everything but not the rooms themselves.. their staff were great.

The price for what I got wasn't really as I expected, the bathroom was tight and above the room's level, it was weird.

It was not great but ok. The surrounding location was very convenient.

The display in the lobby was nice. The owner has tried his best to maintain and give the hotel what it deserves, but the people who manages it sucks and our horrible.

Breakfast was a repetition and 2nd day ran out of food for the guest. Ladies pool was a disappointment. They insist to use or buy a cap Which they don't have all sizes. Pool was overcrowded and not manage professionally. Users were not treated equally. There were so many misusers but turned a blind eye on them inconveniencing other users. Men's pool was ok. Other facilities such as sauna as stated was not in use and most of it was just exaggerated whilst it was not available. When there were 4 paid guest, they were providing toilet amenities only for 2. 2nd day they didn't even refill the missing. Housekeeping had to be requested and were served on demand only. Though the site rated them @5 star, it was nothing more than 3 defenitely. The pantry area did not have a gully cover and had a bad smell whenever you enter to the apartment from outside.

An unique museum with exceptional staff

The person at the reception was very welcoming, looking forward to make our stay the best possible. He was also checking if everything was fine just after getting in the room as well as at the check out. The hotel is amazing, a real museum, unique and full of interesting things! The hotel location is great, close to the beach, the corniche, the restaurants... For the price of 1 night, definitely good value for money!

The rooms was slightly old fashioned, it could be refurbished but it was comfortable, very spacious, clean and a balcony with sea views.
